ごにちは　みんなさん〜　お元気ですか？ 私は　元気です 夏になって。。めんどくさく なっちゃいました。 w 料理を 作るのも。 作りますけどね。。。 でも めんどくさい。 それで 本当に 頑張って うんどう しています！ 今日も aerial yogaに 行ってきました 明日も 行きます。 上手になると みせたいなぁぁ 今はねぇ。　悩みがあります。Dukeが。。おしっこは　ちゃんと　やるけど、　うんちは　きゅに　かってに　します。全然　なっとく　出来ないんです。　今日の朝 　ミースが　あって　”トイレに　いかなきゃでしょ！”って　叫んだけど　本当に　行って。。ぼーと　しました。今も　どこで　やっちゃって　かくれました。。　でも　おしっこは　ちゃんと　自分で　行きます。。何の事かな。。　今　あの　うんちを　トイレに　いどうしましたけど。。少しもっと　しゃべれてみるつもりです。 とにかく 前週 ピラテェスに 行きましたけど 遅く行って Chino & Duke つれていきました。 先生は 初めて 会って いっぱい 写真を とって。いまから 見せます。本当に スッピンで。。。私の方は よく見ないでね ww 最初は　お座り　させてる　姿です。 他の写真は　ただ Dukeを抱きしめるしゃしんです。最後のは　Dukeが　あしを　けがして　いそうしてる　写真です。うんどうしながら　Chinoが　ずっと　ちかくいたくて　部屋に　はいりさせて　ずっと　私のそばで　座っていました　w　かわいいですね？　なんか Chinoも　うんどうしているみたい はやく　二匹を　つれて　さんぼしたいよ スプライズ！！！！ 最後の写真は くらまで とりました w やっばり 私には マースカラと リープスティクが ポインートです w あの日は レードに しました w メイクをして 久しぶりに とってみました。 実は ふつに あんまり とらないんです ww 皆さんも　夏を　たのしんでほうしいです また　来ます！ ニコル♥
